We want you to be happy with your ImAnActor experience.  If you're not, you won't come back.  Plus, if you're like me, you'll tell your friends and they won't come back either, so...we try to feature companies (studios, teachers, businesses, etc) that are well established and often come recommended to us.  It's impossible of course to guarantee that every ImAnActor member will love every business that they try through our site. Part of the fun and the risk of any business venture is the chance to try something or someone new. Remember, just like ImAnActor.com, no business wants bad feedback so hopefully they will strive to do the best job possible.  If you are unhappy with the service please let us know by posting bad reviews in the forum.  Also, drop us an email.  If we get enough bad reviews...well, we won't feature them again.  And if ImAnActor members read enough bad reviews, they won't want to use that business, and bam! The business suffers.  Because we are dealing with 3rd party businesses, our power is sometimes limited, but if you have a problem with your ImAnActor experience let us know and we will do whatever we can to help.
